Sometimes we can get wrapped up in what we don't have. We spend time comparing our lives to the lives of others. Thinking that they "have it better". This week we want to challenge you to focus on what you do have. 

TRUST that you are exactly where you need to be. 

BELIEVE that you are enough exactly how you are.

ENJOY all the ups and downs that life throws your way, knowing that they are chances to learn and grow. 

Take some time this week to press pause. To light a candle, grab your favourite notebook and write down 5 things you are grateful for.
