7 Day Meditation Challenge

Meditation is a powerful tool that can be used to tune out from what is happening around you and tune in to your breath, feelings and thoughts. It allows you to let go of things that no longer serve you, creating space for you to fill with positive intentions. 

We invite you to join us in a 7 day meditation. It's a simple daily practice that Girlvana founder Ally Maz created, with 7 recorded meditations to help you sit, settle and breathe. They are 5 minutes in length and can be done anytime of the day, anywhere that you can find a comfortable seat. 

We encourage you to have a journal handy to write what you experienced after each meditation.
