The 2024 Summer Retreat

August 19-23 — Black Creek, BC

An unforgettable weeklong retreat for female- identifying & non-binary Gen Z ages 14-19.

Born out of a desire to help young women heal, Girlvana retreats are an invitation to come home to
yourself. To unlearn the harmful tales we have been told, and rebuild ourselves into who we truly are.
This is a space to feel less alone, less broken, and less afraid—to celebrate your innate wholeness.

Here, you have permission to be completely and utterly yourself.

Led by an incredible group of female mentors, our retreats offer daily yoga classes, outdoor excursions, arts & crafts, healthy meals, and honest discussion.

We breathe, we share stories, we move our bodies, and we reclaim what is ours. We explore nature, make new friendships, write, and craft new relationships with ourselves and the world around us.

There is tremendous power in allowing others to see us for who we truly are. We hope you will join us this summer for a life-changing five days.
