An embodied young woman is a powerful thing—someone who knows her body, listens to her heart, can calm her mind and use her voice.

Dear girls,

I started Girlvana over a decade ago with one single mission- to bring yoga, meditation and mentorship to the next generation of young women.

I wanted to create a brave space for you to show up exactly as you are, to discover and grow as a community and to develop tools to support your physical, mental and emotional health.

Over the last ten years, Girlvana has grown into a global movement with girls all over the world deepening their relationship to themselves through yoga classes, one on one mentorship, yoga retreats and more.

I am so happy you found us and it is my hope, that through Girlvana you can find yourself.
